Hi ,
I am planning to invitro transcribe/translate a piece DNA cloned into
pCDNA4His MAX (invitrogen)
using the T7 promoter present in the vector. Unfortunately there is a zeocin
gene which is driven
by an synthetic T7 promoter. Will that gene also be transcribed by T7
polymerase? In short my question is Will T7 polymerase recognize this EM-7
promoter?
