problem with anti-DNA-PKcs ab

DNA-PK is an abundant protein in human cells. If you sure that everything
else is fine (blocking of your membrane and dilutions of your primary
antibody -> may be you have to dilute it much more?),  then your blotting
buffer or paper or sponges are not that clean ....., it may also help to try
another the blocker - I used milk to block before detection of DNA-PKc, it
was very good.
