I am Dr.koteshwar, working as a post doc. currently working on
glutamine:D-fructose-6-phosphate amidotransferase of human over
expressed in insect cells. I have a problem in purification of this
enzyme since it looses its activity very rapidly.i would be grateful
if anybody can give the suggestion to solve this problem.
