Hello all,
I'm having problems in detecting IL3 using IEF gels. IL3 is a polypeptide
~15.5 kDa with pI ~7. I can run standard SDS and see good bands with
coomassie staining, but it doesn't work with IEF. Is there any way I can
prevent IL3 from diffusing out of the IEF gel during the staining and
destaining step?
