Diamide is used to oxidized many proteins but can we used this agent if
there is a intramolecular disulfide bond in the monomeric state of the
protein even if this protein is known to form dimer ? ...maybe the
"artifactual" intramolecular -S-S- bridge obstruct diamide ???
