Help you with what ? You seem to have a case of host-dependent proteolysis
going, but without some details regarding how you cloned your stuff, what
the stuff is, what have you already tried, etc. we can't really help you
apart from generic solutions such as 'change host cells' and 'clone the
protein as a fusion' etc.
