Hi,
we ususally strip by incubating the blot for 30 mins in 100 mM
glycine-HCl pH 1.9, then block again w/ milk powder. This works fine
with ECL-detection. You should be able to run 3 detections on the same
blot (I have never done more, so I wouldn't know how often you can strip
and block).
