I'm working in overexpression of an halophilic protein in E.coli. I obtain my protein as inclusion boides, but I cannot refolding this. I have proven with some buffers (Tris, Hepes, phosphate) at different pH, temperature and salt concentration. Have you some idea? Thanks in advance!
