Anybody has experience working on epimerase? Besides checking on
enzymatic activity, let's say Glucosamine to Mannosamine, is there a way
to performance a bingding studies using a compound analog to
Glucosamine? if 3H-glucosamine is use, can be the interaction to the
active center stable?
