Why is it not possible with silver staining ? It seems to me that the
sensivity is better with the silver staining than with the coomasie
staining.
Which method do you purpose to quantify the protein concentration with the
coomasie staining ?
I don't know the crypto Ruby. Could you give me more information about this
staining technic ? Which is the principle of this technic ? Which protein
concentration could you detect ? ...
