Has anyone been looking at a role for cyclin
dependent kinases in insulin secretion. I am
particularly interested in discussions regarding
CDK5 as we are confronted with some conflicting
results. Given that a Nobel Prize was recently
awarded for work done on exocytosis, I am sure
someone is working with this. One issue I am
concerned about is problems encountered in
using roscovitine. Has anyone tried this?
