Dear all,
i am a postgrad student and need to find out as much as possible about
B.megaterium and whether anyone has been able to purify any alkaline
phosphatase & if so what values did you come up with for enzyme actvity and
specific activity. I have used PNP in my experiments using GFC and HPLC,
unfortunately only the GFC showed any enzyme activity.
Please advise on how to improve my experiments
