Is anyone aware of published work showing that proteins with very low
isoelectric points migrate aberrantly slowly on SDS-PAGE? I think it may be
because they bind less SDS and end up with a lower overall negative charge.
I've seen this glossed over in a paper, but I haven't been able to find any
methods papers where this is specifically looked at.
