I am working on the detecting cytoskeletal protein by 2-D.
During these days, I met the difficulties in the extraction of protein.
I have used the methond based on Moll's methods (Moll R et al. 1982)
But the protein assay show a great little using Bio-Rad DC protein Assay
kit,
whereas I have seen the pellet before last DNase and RNase treation.
Any suggestion is appriecated.
