Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had experience with the GATEWAY cloning system
from Gibco. The system works by lambda integration and excision enzymes
and sites. It is restriction-enzyme-free subcloning into different
expression vectors from an entry clone. Does the attB sites alter
expression or cause problems when attached to your primers during PCR?
Has anyone generated any destination vectors containing promoters not
offered by Gibco?
