Dear All,
does anybody know if the proteasome inhibitor MG132 has an effect on
Luciferase? We are using Luc as reporter gene in virus/proteasome
interaction studies, and even after short incubations we observe an
unexplicable decrease in Luc activity...if anybody has an explanation for
this, let me know!
