Hello reader
I am stuck with a following problem
I am running 2D gels but the proteins seem to get
concentrated on acidic side of the gel.Tried
changing the reagent but nothing seem to be
changing the pattern. Tried different protein
sample apart from the sample that I amm
interested ini.e. Magnaporthe grisea
(Saccharomyces,Yarrowia etc)but the problem
persists
If yoiu have any experience on it then pls. let
me know your suggestion
