I would like to deglycosylate approx. 10 mg Protein for crystallisation.
The glycan is mannose-rich and Asn-N-linked.
Does anyone have experiences with native deglycosilation ?
(Most protocols, supplied with PNGase F or endo H are only for
purposes , max 100 µg for SDS-analysis under denaturating conditions)
ANY HINTS APPRECIATED, thanks in advance !
