I would like to deglycosylate a protein present in small quantity in my
culture medium (7ml) after a transfection in COS cells and to see the
result on a SDS-Page.
For the moment, I study the expression of my protein after an
immunopecipitation (with a monoclonal antibody against this protein +
protein A sepharose) and a western-blot.
Is it possible to deglycosylate the protein linked on the beads of sepharose ?
or Is it necessary to elute the protein of the beads before to make the
digestion?
Do you have any protocol?
