Sr. Manager, Clinical Sample Analysis/Pharmacokinetics


Reference: #1069   We are seeking a PhD/MS level scientist with supervisory
or management experience in an industrial or academic laboratory carrying
out assays for the detection and quantitation of antibody and/or polypeptide
drugs. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of
5 – 8 analysts in the receipt, distribution, and analysis of clinical
samples, data review, and data reporting to the clinical department.

Requirements:
§   Ph.D. or M.S.  in Pharmacology, Immunology, Molecular Biology,
Biochemistry or related discipline.
§   At least 2 years of management experience in an industrial or academic
laboratory carrying out assays for the detection and quantitation of
antibody and/or polypeptide drugs.
§   Expertise in troubleshooting immunoassays, particularly ELISAs, is
required
§   Additional expertise with current molecular biology techniques and FACS
analysis is beneficial.
§   The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of GLP/GMP and have
previous experience generating regulatory documentation (e.g., SOPs, methods
validation/qualification reports).
§   Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
