We have isolated a small amount of a glycosylated antigen (about 65 kda) corresponding to a new monoclonal antibody. We are looking for a very sensitive sequencer for determination of the N-terminal moiety. Of course we will assume the sequencing expenses. Any help or advice would be appreciated. ---
