How much PI(Isoelectric point) value is changed when one phosphate is
covalently incorporated into protein.
Does anyone knows about the relationships between PI change and
post-translational modification of protein(this modification changes PI
0.05pH, and so on)? Is there a any text book or reference regarding
this?(or computer program which can automatically culculate PI from primary
sequence with a optional command to point out this residue is
phosphorylated).
