I think you should consider the pET system from NOVAGEN
There are a lot of different vectors available.
The expression is IPTG inducible (high amount of protein)
You have the advantage of an His-Tag (easy purification via Ni-column)
which is removeable.
For that System you also need a special E.coli strain (BL21-DE3) which
is also available from NOVAGEN.
