Hi, I am interested in removing bound protein from a NAG-Agarose column. Eluting with free NAG does not remove all the bound protein. I would like try isothiocyanate or other chaotropes to free the residual protein. What levels, if at all, of these can this media tolerate ? Thanks Mike ---
