I 'm currently investigating curative effects of certain plant extracts
on copper intoxicatin in snail embryo's. Results are great, but in
order to investigate wether this plant extract is merely a copper
chelator i 'm looking for a column wich will bind copperbinding
substances (not just proteins). The idea is to lead the extract over
this column and test or the substance is still active.
Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanx.
