Hi, Can anyone tell me what is a good solvent to store glutathione sepharose 4B columns in after you've finished with them? Is PBS and 20% EtOH OK? Or do I need to add a reducing agent (ie reduced glutathione) to keep it fresh? Thanks, Ian Mc
