Hi,
I'm characterising protease inhibitors from a crude plantprotein
solution. One of the techniques I want to try is to run revers
zymography with a copolymerized substrate like gelatin or casein, and
trypsin or chymotrypsin as proteolytic enzym.
I'f any of you have a good protocol/refference for this, I would
appreciate it if you notified me about it.
