binding proteins using state-of-the-art molecular and biochemical methods.
He/She may also have a role in identifying new specificities and evaluating
existing mouse monoclonal antibodies.

The successful candidate will focus on molecular biology of immunoglobulins
and their ligands, in particular, using mutagenesis and combinatorial phage
display technologies to obtain true affinity improvements.

? Ph.D in appropriate Biological science.
? Extensive post-doctoral/industrial experience in antibody engineering.
? Strong skills in molecular biology, protein engineering and in vitro
assays of antibody affinity.
? Established record in utilizing phage display libraries for the selection
of antibodies with improved affinities.
? Experience in protein expression and purification and use and evaluation
of methods used to measure protein-protein interactions.

If you have an interest in this or other opportunities, please send us your
