Its actually a question related to an assignment which I am
currently working on,
I have discovered a comprehensive way of isolating the gene
using a modified ELISA technique, although the exact
restrictive endonucleise is still to be confirmed, any
information gained from using methods such as these will be
confined only to the appendix.
