HELP on topic of conformational stabilisation via acylation

G'day,

I was wondering if anyone out there can point me to a recent reference or
two dealing with conformational stabilisation of proteins (in terms of
enzyme activity) via acylation.  Given the ubiquity of these two terms my
attempts using search engines have been discouraging.
