I have had difficulty finding an efficient way to strip chemiluminescent/fluorescent-detected Western blots. I recall using a B-mercaptoethanol solution and/or an SDS solution, but I can't recall the concentrations or the steps. Is there anyone out there who has a protocol? Many thanks Neil
