Try to chemically cross-link your proteins (DSP: s-s bridge, or DSS see Pierce catalog) it works better for co-immunoprecipitation, with DSP you can break the cross-link with b-mercaptoethanol or DTT and see the two proteins on your SDS-PAGE gel
