Hi Does anyone have experience of using ATP-containing buffers with Mono-Q (or equivalent) FPLC columns. In particular, am I correct in assuming that ATP binds the column and comes off as a peak around 0.15-0.20M NaCl (in 50mM Tris pH7.5)? Thanks in advance Rob
