I wanted to carry out a modified bandshift where I mix DNA, and two
proteins.
If an interaction of these two proteins exists the DNA-protein-protein
complex has about 100 kDa.
Is it possible for this complex to an 2-3% agarose gel?
Do you something about Protein-protein interactions in such asystem?
