I would recommend that you check out some of the past posts by people on
the bionet archives
		http://www.bio.net/archives.html
in the proteins and methods groups as this topic has come up a lot over
the last two years and I have made suggestions innumerable times.  Both
have search engines, so you may want to check out keywords like
guanidine, refolding or my name (for my previous posts).

I don't mean for this to sound like I'm slogging you off, but typing and
retyping the same information gets a bit wearisome.
