Two postdoctoral positions are available to study the regulation of DNA
replication in the context of cell-cycle control. Studies include
cloning and characterization of potential regulators at the G1/S
transition in mammalian system (PNAS 94:526). I am particularly
interested in hearing from persons with experience in chromatin
structure, gel shift, nuclear matrices, Western, immunoprecipitation,
and protein kinase assays.
A third postdoctoral position is also available to study repopulation
during radiation therapy. In this study, normal breast cells and advanced
breast cancer cells are used as model systems.
