Sirs
I have been searching for a database of peptide sequences
published during the last 25-30 years. In many cases people have
been purifying a protein and obtain 15-20 N-terminal amino acid
residues or they have done tryptic digest, CNBr-cleavage etc and
obtained some short sequences. These can be very usefull now, and I
am wundering if you know about a place where this sort of sequences
are kept?
thank youfor your kind help
