I am trying to fractionate lymphocytic/lymphatic cells into a nuclear, a
membrane/mitochondria and a cytoplasmic fraction. these cells are pretty
tough to crack and fractionate. I do observe quite som leaking of
mitochondrial markers (CytC oxidase)´when breaking them up with a
Douance or by frezze/thaw cycles or a french press.
Does anyone have a good protocol or suggestions?
