Dear colleagues,
I have used enterokinase (Boehringer Mannheim) to cleave my peptide out
of the fusion protein. In theory I should get my protein out in native
form, but for some reason the enterokinase will cleave out after Asp
instead of Asp Asp Asp Asp Lys as it should, and my protein has so extra
aa at N-terminal end. Did you have met similar kind of problems with
enterokinase, and if, have you been able to solve the problem?
