glycoproteins mantaining intact the peptidic chain so that I can produce
I've been reading some articles about this subject but so far I only
could found methods that preserve the sugar, breaking the peptide chain.
I am not interested in enzymatic release of O- and N-linked
oligosaccharide chains or release of N-linked chains by hydrazinolysis.
