Dear netter:
I am purifying an excrete protein from a bacteria.After DEAE sepharose
F.F. column,I got many peaks.Those peaks are seperated very well.But on
SDS-PAGE,the main bands of each peaks have the same MW.I wonder why.Can
someone help me?
