Does anyone have clues to eluting GSt fusions from glutathione resins. We
routinely use 10mM glutathione but leave a lot on the resin. We can elute more
fusion protein using 10mM DTT and can anyone tell me why? But, there is still
a lot of fusion irreversibly stuck to the resin which cannot be removed with
3M NaCl, 6M guanidine etc.
