Helping my sister get info for a research paper and hoping someone can provide
information or possible links to sources on this statement:
"One of the proteins in Spirulina (blue-green algae)is called phycocyanin
which, when combined with Vit E and beta-carotene has been shown to inhibit
growth of and shrink tumours."
Any other info specific to Spirulina and/or Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA)
would also be helpful. Thank you.
