I am looking for inhibitors of GPI-specific phospholipases C and D. I understand that 2-nitro-4-carboxyphenyl-N,N-diphenylcarbmate (NCDC) may work for GPI-PLC. Can anyone confirm this and suggest an appropriate working concentration? Thanks. Alun Kirby.
