I am intending to study protein-protein interactions in S. cerevisiae and
S. pombe using a 2-Hybrid System. Unfortunately, I do not have a S.
cerevisiae library. Does anyone have or know of some place where I can get
a S. cerevisiae library which will interact with the pGBT9 (GAL4
DNA-binding domain) plasmid from Clontech? Does anyone also have the CG1945
yeast strain that they might be able to send me?
