Hi, If I have a peak of protein (say BSA) on a gel exclusion column which gives me 50% of full scale deflection at 1AU=FSD _approximately_ how much protein is that? I know you need to measure area under the curve but can anyone give me a ballpark figure? Thanks in advance, Ian Mc
