Andreas is right!
One caveat:
Thaw and MIX THOROUGHLY before decanting your aliqout for addition of
TEMED/APS. You can use a microwave oven for accelerated thawing, but be
careful to keep the temperature of the stock solution from getting above
40 degrees C!
