I am trying to set up the cationic detergent gel electrophoresis system
using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (akin et al analytical biochemistry
145 170-176 1985). However I am having problems with getting the gel to
set. I have been using thionin acetate instead of thionin chloride could
this be making a difference? Any suggestions
