Dear netters, the avdin/streptavidin-biotin interaction is the strongest
known noncovalent biological interaction, does someone know if this complex
can stand boiling 3-5 minutes? My guess is that it will dissociate after
boiling since the boiling denatures straptavidin subunits. I'd like to hear
from someone who has the experience.
