Help!
It would be very useful if there were some way that I could
isolate an endothelial cell surface integrin from ONE PART ONLY of the
lipid bilayer (portion of cell affected during cell culture treatment).
However, with current techniques of which I am familiar,
this is not terribly feasible. Does anyone know of any protocol, or have
any ideas as to how I might approach this?
